Job Description
We are seeking a driven and experienced Assistant Retail Manager to support the daily operations and performance of our retail store. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, managing store operations, and ensuring excellent customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will play a key role in driving sales performance, maintaining operational standards, and supporting overall store success.
🧾 What You’ll Do
Lead, supervise, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards
Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and return processes
Ensure compliance with store procedures and proper handling of documentation
Conduct and supervise stock take and regular inventory checks
Handle store opening and closing procedures, including daily cash banking
Support manpower planning, scheduling, and team coordination
Assist in budget planning and operational cost control
Maintain strong store presentation and customer service standards
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Minimum 3 years of retail supervisory experience

Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
