About the Role
Step into a leadership role as a Paramedic and Crew Leader responding to emergency calls, ensuring timely and high-quality pre-hospital care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the EMS crew during emergency responses
- Provide advanced pre-hospital care and patient stabilization
- Manage crew operations, including ambulance readiness and equipment checks
- Ensure compliance with operational and administrative KPIs
- Mentor and guide junior EMTs/EMTDs during shifts
Requirements
✅Paramedic Course recognized by the Ministry of Health (MOH)
✅ Operationally ready and physically fit for emergency response
