• 5.5-day work week (5 / 6 / 5 / 6 rotation)
• Working Days: Monday – Friday, Alternate Saturday or Sunday

🏋️‍♀️ Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personal and group training sessions, guiding members towards their fitness goals
• Coach members on proper exercise techniques, routines, and safety
• Follow up with potential and existing members to support fitness progress
• Actively engage, motivate, and build strong rapport with clients
• Promote and sell Personal Training (PT) packages based on member needs
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional gym environment
