Job Description

🕐Working Hours: Up To 9hrs/day| 5.5 day work week, Mon-Sun

✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and production of pastries and desserts according to standard recipes and quality guidelines.
  • Ensure all pastry items meet presentation, taste, and portioning standards before service.
  • Practice strict food safety and hygiene standards, including proper sanitation and cleanliness of all work areas.
  • Follow FIFO procedures to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation.
  • Store all ingredients, pastries, and products correctly in designated cold storage and dry areas.
  • Operate kitchen and pastry equipment safely and correctly at all times.
  • Support senior pastry chefs in daily production and service operations.

📌 Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year of pastry kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment; fresh graduates from culinary/pastry schools are welcome.
  2. Possess a positive and eager-to-learn attitude.
  3. Comfortable working on public holidays and rotating shifts.
