What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
- 15+ years of local experience in hospitals or nursing homes
- Proven experience in project management / healthcare coordination
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Track record of operational excellence and staff development
