Strategic Communications Manager (Editorial & PR) – Marketing & Media | Up to $5.5k | Mon-Fri | North-East

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Communications Manager to lead editorial content, corporate communications, and media relations initiatives. This role will oversee publication production, brand storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication efforts across print and digital platforms.

🧾 Job Responsibilities

📰 Editorial & Content Management

• Lead the planning and production of corporate publications and editorial content
• Develop and execute editorial direction, themes, and communication strategies
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to source and manage content
• Create engaging content across print and digital channels
• Handle writing, editing, and translation where required
• Oversee print production and publication timelines

📣 Strategic Communications & PR

• Develop and support crisis communication and reputation management initiatives
• Build and manage strategic partnerships to strengthen brand positioning
• Support media relations, press materials, and media engagement activities
• Prepare speeches, talking points, and corporate communication materials
• Support branding and communication initiatives aligned with business objectives

🤝 Stakeholder & Project Management

• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure smooth communication across departments
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Support operational efficiency and continuous process improvements

📝 Job Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in editorial, communications, PR, or content management
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Translation experience will be an advantage
• Strong understanding of print production and content development
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and corporate communications
• Strong writing, analytical, and project management skills
• Creative, resourceful, and results-driven mindset
• Comfortable working weekends during events when required
