Senior/ Physiotherapist | Up to $8000 per month
Job Description
We are a healthcare organisation seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our rehabilitation team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across a range of clinical settings, working closely with multidisciplinary professionals to optimise functional outcomes for clients.
What You'll Do:
Clinical Assessment & Intervention
Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments addressing mobility, balance, strength, range of motion, and cardiopulmonary endurance
Deliver evidence-based interventions including mobility and balance retraining, therapeutic exercise programmes, and functional rehabilitation
Regularly monitor, review, and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and rehabilitation goals
Provide guidance on the safe and appropriate use of assistive devices such as walking aids
Care Coordination & Collaboration
Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care
Participate in case discussions and contribute physiotherapy input to care planning
Conduct caregiver education and training to support continuity of care
Clinical Governance & Documentation
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards
Ensure adherence to organisational policies, clinical guidelines, and best practices
Team Contribution & Development
Supervise and provide guidance to Therapy Assistants and junior staff as required
Participate in in-service training, clinical teaching, and knowledge sharing
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, audits, and where applicable, research activities
Support inventory and equipment management processes
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
Registered with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience in healthcare settings
Service-oriented, adaptable, and able to perform in a dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
