Job Description
What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience
Advise customers on product features, latest trends, styling recommendations, and watch technicalities
Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques when appropriate
Maintain visual merchandising standards by ensuring displays are organized, attractive, and aligned with brand image
Assist with inventory management, including replenishment and proper record keeping
Handle customer questions, resolve concerns, and conduct follow-ups professionally
Collaborate with colleagues and management to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
Participate in promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns when required
What You Bring
2 years of relevant experience in the luxury industry is a plus
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and able to present yourself professionally
Passion for luxury watch timepieces
