senior quantity surveyor

My client is a A2 Main con, building projects. Office in Ubi. 5 days week
Senior QS Mainly take care of post contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preparation and submission of monthly progress claims and detailed cost variations

• Coordinate with site teams to gather photographic evidence and site logs for EOT and Loss & Expense claims

• Provide technical guidance and support to project-based QS staff on measurement standards and claim procedures

• Support the monitoring of project budgets and early identification of cost variances

• Assist in preparing commercial reports and financial updates for senior management

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

• 5–10 years of experience, preferably on large-scale infrastructure or complex building projects

• Strong knowledge of standard forms of contracts used in Singapore (PSSCOC, SIA)

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; strong analytical ability

• Familiarity with ERP/PM systems (e.g. ACC) and Microsoft Office Suite
