Job Description

A leading Asia-focused asset management platform with strong regional growth ambitions is looking to appoint an experienced Intermediary Distribution / Client Solutions professional to join its Singapore office as part of its regional business development team.

This is a highly visible front-office opportunity for an individual with strong connectivity across Private Banks, Family Offices, Wealth Platforms and intermediary channels across Asia. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, investment specialists and regional stakeholders to drive fundraising initiatives, deepen strategic client relationships and deliver institutional-quality investment solutions across multiple asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive AUM growth and fundraising initiatives across intermediary and wealth channels in Asia
  • Develop and deepen relationships with Private Banks, Family Offices, Wealth Platforms and External Asset Managers (EAMs)
  • Execute regional intermediary sales and business development strategies
  • Partner closely with Investment Specialists and Portfolio Managers to communicate investment views, portfolio positioning and market insights
  • Promote investment solutions across Equities, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset, Alternatives and ESG/Sustainable Investment strategies
  • Build strong sales pipelines, originate new business opportunities and grow wallet share across existing client relationships
  • Participate actively in client pitches, investment presentations, roadshows and due diligence meetings
  • Collaborate internally across Product, Marketing, Investments and Client Solutions teams to support regional business expansion

Requirements:

  • Approximately 7–12 years of relevant experience within Asset Management Distribution, Intermediary Sales, Private Banking Distribution, Wealth Management or Family Office Coverage
  • Established network and relationships across Private Banks, Family Offices, EAMs and intermediary platforms in Asia
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products and asset allocation across multiple asset classes
  • Proven client engagement, relationship management and business development capability
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial drive and regional business-building mentality
  • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • CFA or relevant investment qualifications would be advantageous
  • Business proficiency in Mandarin or another Asian language would be beneficial due to regional client coverage exposure
