Project Manager (Interior Design)

Company specialising in high-quality renovation, A&A, commercial fit-out, private residential (condominium) and HDB projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from planning, execution to final handover
• Oversee renovation, A&A, commercial, and condominium projects with full ownership
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, interior designers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
• Manage project schedules, cost control, and variation orders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and condo (MCST) guidelines
• Conduct site meetings, monitor progress, and address technical or site issues proactively
• Maintain proper project documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Min 3 years of relevant Singapore experience in renovation / A&A / commercial / residential (condo) projects
• Strong understanding of local regulations, submission processes, and site practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organisational skills
• Good technical knowledge and ability to interpret drawings
