JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify and attract high-caliber talent using innovative sourcing techniques and digital platforms
Craft compelling and professional job advertisements designed to attract top-tier applicants
Conduct comprehensive pre-screening and interviews to shortlist the best-fit candidates for various roles
Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
Collaborate with hiring managers to define core requirements and develop effective hiring strategies
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure the organization remains agile and future-ready
Utilize recruitment analytics and data to refine hiring processes and improve operational efficiency
Facilitate offer discussions and negotiations to ensure successful candidate placement and integration
Promote the company’s employer brand through social media, career fairs, and professional networking
Ensure all recruitment and hiring activities adhere to organizational standards and legal regulations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma and above
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple hiring priorities
Entry-level candidates are welcome; comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided
