Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Source and screen high-potential talent to fulfill diverse client hiring requirements
Build and manage strategic partnerships with clients to achieve their recruitment objectives
Align candidate skills and career aspirations with the most suitable job opportunities
Facilitate and coordinate the end-to-end interview process between clients and candidates
Monitor industry hiring trends to provide clients with data-driven market insights
Provide professional coaching to candidates on resume building and interview techniques
Manage the offer management process including salary negotiations and employment terms
Maintain high-quality data integrity within the candidate and client management systems
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client portfolio
Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining professional standards in all market interactions
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma and above
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Entry-level candidates are welcome; comprehensive training will be provided
