Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless and efficient office functionality
Manage and organize essential documentation, reports, and records with high precision
Coordinate executive schedules and facilitate meetings including agenda and minutes management
Act as the central point of contact for professional correspondence and inquiries
Maintain accurate internal databases and generate insightful reports for various departments
Provide dedicated administrative support to teams to enhance overall workflow efficiency
Manage office inventory and supplies to ensure a productive working environment
Support the logistical planning and execution of corporate events and internal activities
Identify and implement creative ways to streamline and improve administrative processes
Resolve operational challenges with proactive solutions to keep the office running smoothly
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma and above
Exceptional organizational skills with a strong eye for detail
Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern office management software
Entry-level candidates are welcome; comprehensive training will be provided
