Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the required materials and supplies are available when needed.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss, theft, and damage
  • Receive and inspect all incoming shipments to ensure they meet quality and quantity specifications.
  • Record and document received items, including any discrepancies or damaged goods.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using Microsoft Excel.
  • Prepare and distribute regular inventory reports to the Management
  • Ensure all inventory documentation is organized and easily accessible for review and auditing purposes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory management processes and implement best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to inventory management.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment in the inventory storage areas.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and report any hazards or incidents
  • Consolidate documents for submissionback to office for billing.
  • Liaise with Sales representative on stock and delivery arrangements.

REQUIREMENT

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer savvy and with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Only Singaporean or SPR can apply
