JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the required materials and supplies are available when needed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss, theft, and damage
- Receive and inspect all incoming shipments to ensure they meet quality and quantity specifications.
- Record and document received items, including any discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare and distribute regular inventory reports to the Management
- Ensure all inventory documentation is organized and easily accessible for review and auditing purposes.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory management processes and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to inventory management.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in the inventory storage areas.
- Conduct regular safety checks and report any hazards or incidents
- Consolidate documents for submissionback to office for billing.
- Liaise with Sales representative on stock and delivery arrangements.
REQUIREMENT
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer savvy and with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
