We are seeking a reliable and experienced Poultry Preparation Chef to support daily food preparation, poultry processing, and kitchen production activities. This role plays an important part in ensuring product quality, consistency, and operational readiness for daily service.

Suitable for individuals with kitchen experience who are comfortable with food preparation, portioning, and maintaining high hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cut, portion, and process poultry products according to company standards
• Ensure consistency in portion sizes and product quality
• Perform deboning, trimming, marinating, and preparation activities where required
• Support daily production requirements and kitchen readiness
• Prepare ingredients, sauces, garnishes, and mise en place
• Assist in food production and cooking activities when required
• Ensure ingredients are prepared according to recipes and specifications
• Maintain food quality, freshness, and presentation standards
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation requirements
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and temperature control of products
• Assist in stock receiving and inventory checks
• Practise FIFO and proper stock rotation
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment
• Support kitchen operations during peak periods
• Work closely with kitchen team to ensure smooth production flow
• Assist supervisors with operational requirements when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years of kitchen or food preparation experience
• Experience handling poultry products preferred
• Familiar with kitchen hygiene and food safety practices
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Physically fit and comfortable handling food preparation duties
• Team player with positive attitude
