Job Summary
Wang Alliance is looking for a responsible, organised, and detail-oriented individual to join our organisation as an Insurance Services Manager. This is an operations and case management focused role involving workflow coordination, documentation oversight, backend operations support, and servicing support within the financial services environment.
The role is suitable for candidates who are able to manage responsibilities independently, communicate professionally, coordinate across multiple ongoing matters, and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced operational setting.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting daily business operations, case coordination, documentation management, workflow monitoring, and internal operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and monitoring ongoing operational workflows and case progress
- Coordinating and following up on underwriting, documentation, submissions, and operational matters
- Preparing, reviewing, checking, and maintaining documentation and internal records
- Tracking pending cases, outstanding items, and follow-up actions
- Liaising and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting operational planning, workflow administration, and backend coordination
- Ensuring proper organisation and maintenance of operational records and case documentation
- Assisting with operational reporting, scheduling, and workflow monitoring
- Supporting management in operational and administrative matters
- Identifying workflow gaps and supporting process improvements where appropriate
- Ensuring proper follow-through and timely completion of assigned responsibilities

Relevant experience from financial advisory firms, insurance companies, healthcare organisations, professional services environments, or operational support roles may be considered.
