Location: Eunos
Salary: Up to $5,000 (There will be attractive commission)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days a week
Join Our Team as a Lighting Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lighting Sales Manager to lead business development activities, manage key accounts, and drive sales growth within the lighting industry. The successful candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, technical lighting knowledge, and excellent relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development (Expert)
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Expand market share within commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
2. Key Account Management (Advanced)
- Build long-term relationships with developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, M&E consultants, contractors, and distributors.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Lighting Product Knowledge (Advanced)
- Provide technical advice on lighting products and solutions.
- Recommend suitable products based on project requirements and specifications.
- Understand LED technologies, smart lighting, controls, and energy-efficient solutions.
4. Project Sales Management (Advanced)
- Manage project opportunities from specification to completion.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
- Track project pipelines and conversion rates.
5. Negotiation & Closing Skills (Expert)
- Prepare commercial proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
- Successfully close high-value projects and accounts.
6. Relationship Management (Advanced)
- Develop strong industry networks.
- Conduct regular client visits and presentations.
- Attend industry exhibitions and networking events.
7. Tender & Quotation Management (Advanced)
- Review tender specifications and requirements.
- Prepare accurate quotations and bid submissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance.
8. Market Analysis & Strategic Planning (Intermediate-Advanced)
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Identify growth opportunities and market gaps.
- Develop strategic action plans.
9. CRM & Sales Pipeline Management (Intermediate)
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Update CRM systems regularly.
- Monitor sales performance metrics.
10. Leadership & Team Management (Intermediate-Advanced)
- Mentor and support sales team members.
- Drive a high-performance sales culture.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lighting, electrical, building materials, or project sales.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Experience working with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
- Possess strong presentation and communication skills.
- Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
