Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm
五天制工作 5 Days Work Week
薪资 Salary:
SGD 3,500 – SGD 4,500（Based on experience）

随着业务扩展，公司现招聘一名 Sales Coordinator，负责客户沟通、项目协调以及内部流程跟进。
Due to business expansion, we are hiring a Sales Coordinator to support customer communication and internal workflow coordination.

This role is suitable for someone who is organised, willing to learn, and interested in building a long-term career within the manufacturing industry.
工作内容 Job Responsibilities:
• 回复客户询问并根据规格准备报价
Respond to customer enquiries and prepare quotations
• 确认订单并协调内部部门工作安排
Confirm orders and coordinate workflow across departments
• 与 Production 和 Quality 团队跟进生产进度
Work closely with Production and Quality teams on schedules and job status
• 更新 Job Tracking 系统与项目进度
Maintain and update job tracking systems
• 准备 Delivery Documents、Certificates 等文件
Prepare delivery documents and administrative materials
• 记录客户反馈并协助后续跟进
Record customer feedback and assist with follow-up actions
• 通过公司培训学习 Surface Treatment 基础知识
Acquire basic knowledge of surface treatment processes through in-house training
职位要求 Job Requirements:
• Diploma / ITE in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Business Administration 或相关科系
Diploma / ITE in related disciplines
• 欢迎 Junior 或有 Manufacturing / Customer Service 经验者申请
Junior candidates or candidates with manufacturing experience are welcome
• 有 Order Tracking、QC Documentation 或 ISO 文件经验更佳
Experience in order tracking, QC documentation, or ISO standards is an advantage
• 熟悉 Excel 与基本电脑操作
Proficient in Excel and comfortable with computer systems
• 具备良好沟通能力与团队合作精神
Good communication and interpersonal skills
• 能适应非冷气生产环境
Able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment
• 能长时间站立工作
Comfortable with standing for extended periods
