A Singapore-based Precision Engineering company specializing in high precision CNC machining components is expanding its production team and looking for experienced CNC Turning Machinists / Setter.

工作制度 Working Arrangement:
5 / 5.5 / 6 天制

薪资 Salary:
Basic Salary: S$1,500 - 1800
Gross Salary: S$3000 – S$3,500（包含 OT）

工作内容 Job Responsibilities:
• 负责 CNC Auto Lathe / CNC Turning / Lathe 机台设定与操作
Setup and operate CNC Auto Lathe / CNC Turning / Lathe machines

• 使用 Mastercam 或其他 CAD/CAM 软件进行 CNC 编程
Perform CNC programming using Mastercam or other CAD/CAM software

• 编写与修改 G-code / M-code CNC 程序
Create and modify G-code / M-code programs

• 负责 3 Axis / 5 Axis CNC 机台设定与生产
Setup and operate 3-Axis / 5-Axis CNC machining machines

• 确保产品符合工程图、公差与品质要求
Ensure machining parts meet engineering drawings, tolerances and specifications

• 使用量测工具进行制程检验
Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments

• 进行基本机台保养与简单故障排除
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

• 与生产团队合作完成每日生产目标
Work closely with production team to achieve daily production targets

• Mazak
• Haas
• DMG Mori
• Doosan
• Citizen / Star Auto Lathe

Control Systems:
• Fanuc
• Mazatrol
• Siemens
• Mitsubishi Control

CAD/CAM Software:
• Mastercam
• SolidCAM
• Fusion 360
• AutoCAD (Basic)

职位要求 Job Requirements:
• 具备 CNC Turning / Auto Lathe 设定与编程经验
Experience in CNC Turning / Auto Lathe setup and programming

• 熟悉 Mastercam 或 CAD/CAM CNC 编程
Familiar with Mastercam or CAD/CAM programming

• 熟悉 3 Axis / 5 Axis CNC 加工
Experience with 3-Axis / 5-Axis machining

• 能阅读工程图与 GD&T
Able to read technical drawings and GD&T

• 熟悉量测工具（卡尺、千分尺、高度规）
Familiar with precision measuring instruments

• 有 Precision Engineering / Manufacturing 行业经验者优先
Experience in precision engineering industry preferred

适合有 Precision Engineering、CNC Turning、Auto Lathe 或 CNC Setter 经验者申请。
