AIDC Solution Director

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage modular and prefabricated AIDC solutions, including power, cooling, racks, and containerized/prefab modules.
• Translate AI workload requirements into standard solution designs and configurations.
• Support solution pricing, costing, and basic P&L management.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure system integration, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Support go-to-market activities, including solution presentations, sales enablement, and partner engagement.
• Coordinate with EPCs, system integrators, suppliers, and technology partners to ensure smooth delivery.
• Drive standardization, cost optimization, and repeatable solution deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
• 10+ years of relevant experience, preferable in data center infrastructure, modular/prefabricated data centers, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with power and cooling systems for high-density or AI workloads.
• Familiarity with containerized or prefabricated data center solutions.
• Strong coordination skills across engineering, sales, and external partners.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for data center design.
