Waiter / Waitress

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized food and beverage services to Club Members and guests
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Plan table arrangement; set-up and clear tables where required.
• Take F&B orders and repeat orders to ensure correct orders have been taken.
• Pick-up orders from the Kitchen / Bar and serve them to Members / Guests.
• Enter charges in the POS system.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Prepare mis-en-place at side station before operations.
• Attend briefing before operations.
• Ensure cleanliness of restaurant.
• Provide F&B service at functions and events.
• Ensure prompt and courteous service to Members / Guests.
• Update menu knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with established service standards.
