Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior/Executive, Human Resources (Training &Development) to support the organisation’s people development and learning culture efforts. This role will be responsible for training and development initiatives, and workplace shaping.

Working days: 5 days, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Labrador Park MRT
Permanent role with benefits

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

  • Coordinate and administer training programmes and matrix including mandatory training, and developmental courses.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to support team growth and leadership capability
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external trainers, and training providers to schedule and manage training activities.
  • Track training attendance, completion, and training records.
  • Support training grants administration (e.g., SSG, SkillsFuture, WSQ), where applicable.
  • Prepare training evaluation reports and maintain learning documentation.
  • Support the rollout of learning initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Culture & Engagement, driving employee experience through feedback surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
  • Ad-hoc HR project

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • At least 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to training and development.
  • Good understanding of Singapore employment regulations and HR best practices.
  • Strong planning, coordinating, organisational, and time management skills.
