Database Administrator - Oracle

Role Overview
Our client is looking out a proficient Database Administrator in Oracle domain. Qualified consultant should have experience Oracle RAC and RMANbackup/recovery), Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), AWS RDS

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain multiple database platformsincluding Oracle, MSSQL, and MySQL, oracle Encryption (TDE), Hardware SecurityModule (HSM)

• Monitor database health, performance, and availability;proactively address issues before they impact service

• Perform database backups, restoration testing, anddisaster recovery planning

• Apply database patches, upgrades, and security fixes inline with change management processes

• Manage database user access, roles, and permissions incompliance with security policies

• Tune queries, indexes, and configurations to optimisedatabase performance

• Support application teams with database-related issues,schema changes, and deployment activities

• Maintain comprehensive database documentation andconfiguration records

• Respond to and resolve database incidents within definedSLA timeframes
