Media & Communications Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in video production, including storyboarding, filming, and editing.
• Create static visuals, graphics, and multimedia content for publicity materials.
• Develop learning and briefing aids to support department initiatives.
• Coordinate resources for video and photo shoots, ensuring timely execution.
• Be part of the team to plan and coordinate Fleet engagement events & programs.
• Assist in creating content associated with Fleet engagement activities.
• Support media asset management, including organizing and archiving content.
• Perform light administrative duties related to content production and project coordination.
• Any other assignment as required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma in Media, Communications, Design, Media Art or a related field.
• Proficient in media editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva…etc).
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visuals and storytelling.
• Able to plan, organize, and coordinate content production efforts.
• Strong interest in event coordination and engagement programs.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
