Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership & Growth:
Lead, grow, and manage the Strategic Consulting business in Singapore and SEA
Contribute to and execute the regional strategic plan
Identify and develop new revenue streams aligned to strategic priorities
Own delivery against revenue, margin, and budget targets
Evaluate and stress‑test business investment decisions and ROI
Build and maintain a strong personal and organizational market brand
Client Leadership & Market Presence:
Lead complex client engagements and act as senior trusted advisor
Design and deliver bespoke, evidence‑based strategic solutions
Drive new business origination and cross‑service collaboration
Build and maintain senior client and stakeholder relationships
Lead and support tenders, proposals, and client negotiations
Represent the business at industry and internal events
People Leadership & Talent Development:
Recruit, retain, mentor, and develop consulting talent
Set workforce and capacity plans aligned to business demand
Foster a safe, inclusive, high‑performance team culture
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management
Lead and support teams through change and transformation
Strategic & Technical Expertise:
Demonstrate subject‑matter leadership in real estate, infrastructure, and market trends
Translate complex economic, financial, and commercial data into strategic insight
Continuously build market, sector, and technical capability
Be recognized internally and externally as a trusted advisor
Operational & Risk Oversight:
Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance across projects
Maintain high standards of quality, process, and delivery discipline
Develop and improve operating standards, playbooks, and frameworks
Drive continuous improvement in systems and ways of working
