Service Technician
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and inspection of security systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair system faults (CCTV, access control, alarm systems, etc.)
• Carry out installation, testing, and commissioning of security systems when required
• Respond to service calls and emergency breakdowns, including rotating standby/on-call duties
• Conduct system testing and ensure equipment is fully operational after repairs
• Maintain accurate service reports and maintenance records
• Coordinate with clients and site personnel during service activities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Travel frequently between client sites to perform assigned duties
Requirements:
• Technical qualification in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field
• Experience in servicing and maintaining security systems
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of IP networking and system configuration will be advantageous
• Willingness to work rotating standby schedules
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Singapore
• Good communication and customer service skills
