Job Descriptions

• Review the tender drawings and specifications to ensure all measurements and quantities are accounted for to achieve realistic commercial value for each project.
• Produce quantity measurement, Bill of Quantities, and cost estimates within the targeted timeline.
• Prepare and source for quotations, including preparing the quotation list and documents for quote, calling of quotes, monitoring return quotes, evaluate quotes and giving feedback on status of quote.
• Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities, and internal departments in resolving project development and technical issues.

Requirements

• Possess a Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in Singapore building construction industry with the Main contractor preferred. Experience in tendering work will be a plus.
• Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
• Sound computer literacy, including advanced skills in Excel.
