Customer Relationship Officer
Job Description
Customer Relationship Management:
• Manage and maintain the client database to ensure accurate and updated records.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage return visits.
Event Engagement:
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing and outreach events (e.g., health talks, wellness fairs, promotional activities).
• Represent Ma Kuang TCM at events and engage with participants to promote services and build brand awareness.
• Support post-event reporting and follow-up with potential clients.
Clinic Operations Support:
• Assist front desk or clinic staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with clinic teams to align client appointments and service schedules.
• Provide administrative support where necessary (e.g., report preparation, client communication).
Collaboration & Reporting:
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and clinic teams to ensure consistent service quality.
• Prepare regular customer relationship management and engagement reports to track performance and client feedback.
