Buyer / Supply Chain Specialist (US MNC, Semiconductor)

Working Hours: Regular Office Hours
Employment Type: 12-month Contract (Renewable)
Responsibilities:
•Manage procurement activities for capital equipment, spares, and services
•Execute Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including delivery tracking, budgeting, and invoice reconciliation
•Maintain supplier performance in terms of delivery, quality, cost, and capacity
•Act as primary contact for assigned suppliers and manage supplier relationships
•Support supplier qualification and commercial evaluation activities
•Lead or support supplier negotiations including contract renewals and RFQ processes
•Perform cost analysis and should-cost modeling to identify savings opportunities
•Support initiatives on lead time reduction, cost savings, and supply chain optimization
•Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Finance, Legal, and Category teams
•Consolidate supplier performance data for reporting and business reviews (QBR/ASE)
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
•2-5 years of experience in procurement / sourcing / supplier management
•Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or electronics industry preferred
•Strong knowledge of procurement processes (P2P, RFQ, contract management)
•Experience in supplier negotiation and cost analysis
•Familiar with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)
•Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
