Production Technician (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

About the Role

We are looking for a Production Technician to join our semiconductor manufacturing team in a high-tech cleanroom environment. You will play a key role in supporting production operations, ensuring equipment stability, and maintaining high-quality output standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor machine performance and analyze equipment utilization to support production efficiency
• Ensure smooth operation of assigned workstations and maintain production output targets
• Work closely with Equipment Engineers to improve tool availability and minimize downtime
• Perform basic troubleshooting and support preventive maintenance activities when required
• Follow strict safety, quality, and cleanroom protocols at all times
• Identify and escalate equipment abnormalities or process deviations promptly
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in production operations

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification / experience
• Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts in a cleanroom environment
• Self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
• Good team player with strong communication andproblem-solving skills
