Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform gas installation work and gas supply turn-on in domestic units
• Perform soundness test on gas installation.
• Perform site survey on gas installation feasibility and rectification work.
• Ensure gas installation comply with the Code of Practice (SS608), Regulations, SOP etc.
• Coordinate with the relevant authorities (e.g. SPPG, SCDF, HDB, EMA) and other external agencies on installation matters.
• Attend to customer enquiries/ feedback and perform service recoveries.
• Report writing.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec in Mechanical or any Engineering discipline.
• Relevant work experience and technical knowledge in gas, plumbing, sanitary, or electrical systems will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as a team player.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in contract management and customer service.
• Possess a driving license (class 2 & 3), preferably with access to personal transport.
