Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a central liaison between internal teams and external partners to co-ordinate sales enablement, onboarding, and partner engagement activities

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders

  • Ensure smooth execution of schedules and handle any changes or updates efficiently

  • Address and resolve queries or complaints professionally

  • Build positive relationships with customers and partners through excellent service

  • Work with datasets to analyse trends and improve operational efficiency, to support decision-making and reporting

  • Assist in the execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs, including rendering support in roadshows

  • Prepare reports and insights to support sales and customer service improvements

  • Support continuous improvement of sales channel processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and partner satisfaction

Pre-requisites:

  • Diploma in any field

  • Experience in sales support or customer service preferred

  • Meticulous, proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

The successful candidate will be based at 26 Senoko Avenue. Company shuttle bus pick-up/drop-off point at Sembawang MRT station.
