Process Technician

Job scope:

• Assist or lead material movement from AMS to the Pilot Plant/PRL, including bulk material withdrawal, staging, transfer, receiving, warehousing, and issuance to manufacturing.
• Execute SAP transactions related to material movements.
• Perform weighing and dispensing activities in accordance with requirements.
• Stage and issue materials to the operations team based on the production plan.
• Monitor warehouse supplies to support uninterrupted operations.
• Ensure proper material rotation following FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Maintain accurate inventory through routine physical counts.
• Support preparation and shipment of finished products for their intended use.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and organize storage areas by managing floor space, monitoring storage conditions, and complying with GMP standards.
• Comply with safety and quality standards
• Perform weighing and dispensing activities for APP and PRL operations.
