Job Summary

Drive sales growth by managing existing customers and developing new accounts through strategic relationship building, order processing, and cross-selling within Leong Guan Group.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing Leong Guan customer accounts by maintaining regular contact and addressing their needs
  • Identify and develop new business accounts and opportunities to expand customer base
  • Conduct regular field visits to build and strengthen customer relationships
  • Process customer quotations and sales orders accurately and schedule timely delivery of goods
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue through cross-selling products across Leong Guan Group
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives consistently
  • Support company marketing activities by collaborating with the marketing team
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Required competencies and certifications

  • Possess GCE N/O level certification
  • Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license and own a vehicle for customer visits
  • Demonstrate ability to read and understand English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with diverse customers

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in sales within the food services industry is preferred
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively
  • Show motivation and maintain a positive attitude in sales activities

Other Information

  • Work schedule includes alternate Saturdays
  • Salary package includes Basic pay, Car Allowance, and Sales Commission
