Project Manager

 Diploma/ Degree in Architecture, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

- Minimum 3 years of onsite working experience in construction of M&E or ACMV projects preferred.

- Team player with good discipline and work attitude.

- Able to perform under stress and deliver on time.

- Experience in handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Able to work independently.

- Possess own vehicle with valid class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities:

- Report to the Senior Project Manager, oversee and coordinate all site activities.

- Lead a team of Engineers, plan and efficiently organise to meet job requirements and deadlines.

- Monitor / review project cost.

- Maintain regular communication with clients to foster ties and identify needs for new projects.

- Liaise with consultants, architects, contractors, sub-contractors and handle all technical matters.

Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
