Job Summary
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and according to business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion to achieve timely delivery within budget
- Coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams to align project goals
- Define clear project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets to guide project execution
- Track project progress and prepare detailed status reports to inform client
- Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation plans to minimize impact
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements throughout project lifecycle
- Lead meetings, facilitate project discussions, and allocate resources efficiently
- Handle change requests promptly and resolve project issues to maintain project momentum
- Deliver projects that meet or exceed company and client expectations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Construction, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience (depending on seniority)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Management tools, or related documents
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Client management skills
