Signage Fabrication Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Supervise daily signage fabrication works and production activities

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion

•⁠ ⁠Ensure fabrication quality meets company and client requirements

•⁠ ⁠Manage and guide fabrication workers, welders, painters, installers

•⁠ ⁠Read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with project managers, designers, and production teams

•⁠ ⁠Monitor material usage and report and procure materials when necessary

•⁠ ⁠Ensure proper maintenance and safe usage of machinery and tools

•⁠ ⁠Conduct quality checks before delivery or installation

•⁠ ⁠Ensure workplace cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations

•⁠ ⁠Assist in troubleshooting fabrication or production issues

•⁠ ⁠Monitor project progress and provide updates to management

•⁠ ⁠Ensure all works are completed according to deadlines and specifications

Job Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 4 years of experience in signage fabrication or related industry

•⁠ ⁠Experience supervising fabrication or production workers

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of signage materials such as acrylic, stainless steel, aluminium, LED, lightbox, and vinyl

•⁠ ⁠Ability to read technical drawings and fabrication drawings

•⁠ ⁠Familiar with fabrication machinery and workshop operations

•⁠ ⁠Good communication and coordination skills (English)

•⁠ ⁠Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

•⁠ ⁠Basic problem-solving and leadership skills

•⁠ ⁠Possess a responsible and positive working attitude

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of workplace safety practices is preferred

•⁠ ⁠Experience in Signcraft industry

•⁠ ⁠Welding or electrical knowledge is an advantage

•⁠ ⁠Experience in CNC, laser cutting machine,

•⁠ ⁠Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email, etc.)

•⁠ ⁠Working Conditions

•⁠ ⁠Able to work overtime when required

•⁠ ⁠Able to work in workshop and site environments

•⁠ ⁠Physically fit for handling signage production activities
