We are a niche accounting, tax, and compliance practice servicing capital market players since 2004. We provide accounting, tax, and compliance services for fund managers, family offices, funds, and SPVs.

Job Summary

Lead a team to manage accounting and tax matters for fund management clients, delivering accurate financial statements, management accounts, and tax returns while advising on fund structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team to ensure efficient delivery of accounting and tax services for fund management clients
• Manage and administer accounting and tax matters for a portfolio of clients in the fund management industry
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial closing schedules, and reports to support client decision-making
• Compile financial statements, including consolidated accounts and accompanying notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Prepare GST and corporate tax returns in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Advise clients on fund structures to optimize compliance and operational efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a bachelor’s degree or professional degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Demonstrate at least 5 years of working experience in the fund management industry

• Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve accounting and tax issues
• Exhibit hands-on approach and focus on people management to lead the team effectively
• Work independently to manage client portfolios and meet deadlines
