Manager - Sales and Sales Operations
We’re currently searching for an experienced Sales and Sales Operations Manager who can partner with multiple payment schemes, work with public transport operators on ticketing and fare collection, bundle up payment switch and Logistics solutions (Cargo) to drive measurable results that benefit our business. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and work with internal team members including operations, delivery and manufacturing. They will also actively seek out partnership roles with Payment service providers in public transport, system integrators, and providers in Intelligent transport management solutions
Objectives of this role
- Develop, execute, and oversee partnership and sales with fintech companies, PSP and Transit system integrators for Open loop ticketing
- Should be able to identify and sell Payment validators and transit payment switch to banks, Local Payment gateways in APAC and wallets
- Respond to RFP and RFI for Card Management Technology (Closed loop and EMV)
- Develop funnel for Intelligent Transport Projects and work with presales to submit the bids
- Account management and Track all business-related invoices, P&L
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
- Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients
- Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
- Provide continuous, constructive feedback to ensure execution and delivery
- Review sales contracts to ensure they meet Delivery guidelines
- Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services’
Skills and qualifications
- Proven record of sales growth in payment, Fintech processing for transport
- Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
- Strong knowledge of PSP business and understanding of payment regulatory compliance in APAC
- Knowledge on Card management technology (Closed loop and EMV)
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Worked previously on Sales Operations: Managing vendors, delivery, post sales operations, event management
- Minimum work B2B Payment technology Sales & Operations experience in 5 year
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management.
