IT Manager

We are looking for a proactive IT Manager / Assistant Manager to manage our internal IT operations, infrastructure, systems, vendors, and IT support for organizational activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT operations, systems, and infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain systems including Active Directory, Azure, AWS, operating systems, applications, and management tools.
• Plan and coordinate IT projects, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
• Maintain network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.
• Manage IT hardware, software, assets, procurement, and inventory.
• Oversee data security, access control, backup systems, BCP, DRP, and cyber security response plans.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and support system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• At least 5 years of network or IT infrastructure experience in an enterprise or office environment.
• Familiar with Linux, Windows, TCP/IP, security protocols, system administration, and networking.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Independent, meticulous, and willing to learn new technologies.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to support operations and stakeholder engagement.
