Working Hour: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)

Location: Central CBD

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of family law matters, child custody, maintenance, division of matrimonial assets, and related disputes

  • Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations under applicable family law statutes

  • Draft, review, and file legal documents such as writs, affidavits, agreements, and court submissions

  • Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies based on relevant laws and precedents

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, case conferences, mediations, and hearings

  • Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and relevant third parties in a professional and timely manner

  • Assist in negotiations and settlement discussions to achieve favourable outcomes for clients

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, records, and documentation

  • Ensure compliance with court deadlines, procedural requirements, and regulatory standards

  • Stay updated on developments in family law legislation and practice

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
