Relocation & Destination Services

  • Manage end-to-end relocation assignments for expatriates and their families.
  • Coordinate destination services including: Home search, School search, Area orientation, Temporary accommodation, Tenancy management, Move coordination, Departure services, Settling-in assistance
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored relocation solutions based on client policies and assignee requirements.
  • Accompany assignees for property and school viewings where required.
  • Provide local orientation and practical guidance on living in Singapore.

Visa & Immigration Application

  • Coordinate immigration applications including: Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, Dependant Pass (DP), Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP), Permanent Residence applications, Work permit renewals and cancellations, Business visas and related immigration support
  • Liaise with government authorities, immigration specialists, and corporate HR team regarding immigration requirements and timelines.
  • Advise clients and assignees on immigration documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor application status and ensure timely submission and follow-up of immigration cases.
  • Maintain accurate immigration records and ensure compliance with local regulations and client policies.
  • Support assignees with post-arrival formalities and registrations where applicable.

Client & Assignee Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assignees throughout the relocation and immigration process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate HR teams, relocation management companies (RMCs), landlords, real estate agents, schools, and service providers.
  • Provide regular case updates and ensure service delivery meets agreed timelines and KPIs.
  • Handle client and assignee queries professionally, promptly, and with empathy.
  • Deliver high-touch support for VIP assignees where required.

Coordination & Administration

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare service proposals, cost estimates, and service confirmations.
  • Maintain accurate case records and update internal systems regularly.
  • Monitor budgets, invoices, supplier payments, and service authorizations where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, data privacy requirements, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, HR, International Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in relocation services, immigration coordination, global mobility, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Experience handling Singapore immigration processes is highly preferred.
  • Act as a liaison between Japanese clients, headquarters and local employees
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • CEI certified.
  • Familiarity with Singapore residential leasing practices is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
