Job Description
SingX is building the next generation of cross-border payment and treasury infrastructure for the global healthcare industry. This is a senior, entrepreneurial role for a commercially-driven healthcare leader who can translate deep industry knowledge into scaled payment solutions — and carry commercial accountability for the result.
You bring the healthcare. SingX brings the platform, the licences and an established payments team — multi-currency virtual accounts, international collections, FX and payout rails reaching 180+ countries. Your job is to point that capability at the sector: to find where money moves across healthcare and turn what SingX already does into propositions healthcare organisations will buy.
This is a build role: you will define the vertical, develop the products, originate the relationships, and grow the revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and build the vertical: Set the commercial strategy and translate sector pain points into payment and treasury propositions on SingX's existing infrastructure.
- Develop and launch new products: Take healthcare payment and treasury propositions from early concept to market - defining the product with SingX's product, payments and compliance teams, shaping the go-to-market, and driving adoption - building on the existing platform rather than starting from scratch.
- Originate and close: Build and own the enterprise pipeline across pharma, biotech, clinical research, hospital networks, insurance, health tourism and digital health -mapping accounts, influencing decision-makers, and closing partnerships through consultative, problem-solving selling.
- Carry the commercial case and the numbers: Build the sizing, pricing, business case and P&L for each proposition, and deliver against agreed targets for client flows, revenue and profitability.
- Be the sector's credible voice: Bridge clinical and industry reality with fintech execution across customers, partners and internal teams alike.
Job Requirements:
- Healthcare expertise (essential): Clinical or medical background with strong understanding of healthcare systems, workflows, and financial flows across the ecosystem.
- Commercial experience: 10+ years in healthcare, with proven experience in business development, commercial strategy, and/or P&L ownership.
- New product development : Demonstrated success in developing, launching, and commercialising new healthcare products or propositions.
- Industry network: Established relationships across pharma, biotech, hospitals and health IT; familiarity with clinical research and insurance ecosystems is an advantage.
- Commercial track record: A record of originating and closing business, building business cases and P&Ls, and delivering through cross-functional, global teams; data-driven and analytical.
- Consultative, entrepreneurial temperament: A problem-solver who tailors solutions to each customer, with the drive to build a category from scratch and a bias for action.
- Commercial training: An MBA or equivalent is a strong advantage.
- Payments experience welcome (not essential): You will work alongside SingX's established payments team and platform, so fintech fluency can be built on the job.
