Job Description:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide shipment updates.
• Coordinate air, sea, and land shipments with customers and service providers.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as BL, AWB, invoices, and packing lists.
• Liaise with carriers, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve shipment issues and customer concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Min 1 year of freight forwarding or shipping experience.
• Basic knowledge of shipping documents and logistics processes is an advantage.
• Familiar with OBL, HBL, MBL, AWB, and import/export shipping documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
