Job Description:

• Deliver 10 to 12 curriculum lessons weekly to P1-P6 students with accuracy and engagement.
• Record and analyse students’ quiz results using a proprietary data analytics platform to track and improve learning performance.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents by providing regular performance updates and addressing concerns.
• Contribute ideas and support curriculum improvement and planning initiatives to enhance instructional quality.
• Complete administrative duties efficiently to support class operations and provide coverage for colleagues when needed.
• Actively participate in team meetings to collaborate on teaching strategies and operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any related course.
• MIn 1-2 years of teaching or tutoring, having math teaching experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of math curriculum and instructional strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed
