Job Description:
Accounting & Finance

  • Handle full sets of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and journal entries
  • Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (Xero preferred)
  • Monitor receivables and coordinate closely with the sales team on overdue payment follow-ups
  • Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and cash flow tracking
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions and operational planning
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries on compliance matters
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records

Human Resource & Administration

  • Manage employee records, employment contracts, and onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with CPF and statutory requirements
  • Handle Singapore tax compliance matters including CPF, GST, ECI, IR8A, IR21, income tax calculations, and timely statutory submissions
  • Track staff leave, attendance, claims, and other HR documentation
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, including job postings and interview scheduling
  • Support day-to-day office administration and operational coordination
  • Assist management with internal HR and administrative matters when required

Requirements:

  • Min 1-2 years of working experience in accounting and hr roles.
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero is preferred
  • Basic understanding of Singapore accounting, payroll, HR practices, and statutory compliance requirements
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic events environment
  • Proactive in following up on payments and meeting deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients, vendors, and staff.
