Deputy Construction Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site operations for PPVC projects to ensure smooth workflow and timely progress
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project activities and resolve issues
• Monitor project progress, safety standards, quality control, and productivity to meet project goals and regulatory requirements
• Ensure strict compliance with BCA and WSH regulations to maintain a safe and lawful work environment
• Identify and resolve site and technical issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain project integrity
• Support project planning, reporting, and inspection activities to facilitate informed decision-making and project tracking
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support overall project execution and team objectives

JobRequirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field
• 5–8 years of construction experience, preferably in PPVC, precast, or modular construction projects
• Good knowledge of Singapore construction and safety regulations
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills demonstrated in construction project environments
• Familiarity with PPVC installation processes and construction sequencing
