Product Executive 📍 Bishan 💰 Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 per month 🕒 Full-Time | Permanent Position Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 9am to 6pm Location: Bishan Job Overview We are seeking a Product Executive to support product development and delivery initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, coordinate product enhancements, support feature releases, and ensure products align with business objectives and user needs. Key Responsibilities Product Development & Delivery • Support the end-to-end delivery of product features from requirements gathering to release • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Assist in backlog management, sprint planning, and product prioritisation activities • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth product implementation Stakeholder & Project Coordination • Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams to ensure project objectives are achieved • Assist in identifying and resolving product-related issues and delivery blockers • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders Product Analysis & Improvement • Analyse product usage data, user feedback, and market trends to identify enhancement opportunities • Review product functionality and user experience to recommend improvements • Support testing and validation activities to ensure quality releases Documentation & Training • Prepare user guides, training materials, and operating manuals • Maintain product documentation and process workflows • Support internal teams with product knowledge and training initiatives Requirements Qualifications • Diploma or Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline Experience • Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or a related role preferred • Experience in SaaS, technology, digital platforms, or related industries will be advantageous Skills & Competencies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma, Notion, or similar collaboration platforms • Experience supporting product delivery or system implementation projects will be advantageous Why Join Us? • Exposure to product development and digital transformation initiatives • Opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams • Career growth and learning opportunities within a dynamic environment
