🩺 Your Role

• Provide quality nursing care in accordance with SOPs and nursing home policies
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Maintain proper and timely documentation of residents’ care
• Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
• Perform regular ward rounds, identify residents’ needs, and escalate issues promptly
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure holistic care for residents
• Supervise, guide, and mentor junior staff

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, responsible, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working a 6-day rotating day-shift schedule
